अमौर: अपहृत किशोरी 24 घंटे में बरामद, मुख्य आरोपी गिरफ्तार

पूर्णिया जिले के अमौर थाना क्षेत्र में एक 17 वर्षीय अपहृत किशोरी को पुलिस ने 24 घंटे के भीतर सुरक्षित बरामद कर लिया है। इस मामले में मुख्य आरोपी विशाल कुमार को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है। पुलिस अन्य आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए छापेमारी कर रही है।
थानाध्यक्ष संजय कुमार ने बताया कि किशोरी की मां ने 26 जुलाई 2026 को अमौर थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। शिकायत में ज्ञानडोभ निवासी विशाल कुमार सहित तीन नामजद और 5-7 अज्ञात लोगों को आरोपी बनाया गया था। पीड़िता की मां के अनुसार, 25 जुलाई को उनकी बेटी अमौर बाजार से लौटते समय हलालपुर स्टेट बोरिंग के पास एसएच-99 पर बाइक सवार बदमाशों द्वारा अपहृत कर ली गई थी।
पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए, किशोरी को बेलगच्छी चौक के पास से सकुशल बरामद कर लिया। बरामद किशोरी का धारा 180 बीएनएसएस के तहत बयान दर्ज किया गया और मेडिकल जांच के बाद धारा 183 बीएनएसएस के तहत न्यायालय में बयान दर्ज करवाया गया। थानाध्यक्ष संजय कुमार ने बताया कि मुख्य आरोपी विशाल कुमार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है और उसे जेल भेज दिया गया है। इस अभियान में एसआई मो. बाबुद्दीन और अन्य पुलिसकर्मी शामिल थे। पुलिस अब इस मामले से जुड़े अन्य फरार आरोपियों की तलाश में जुटी है।

According to Station House Officer Sanjay Kumar, the girl's mother filed a complaint at the Amour police station on July 26, 2026. The complaint named Vishal Kumar, a resident of Gyandobh, along with two other identified individuals and 5-7 unknown persons as accused. The victim's mother stated that on July 25, her daughter was abducted by motorcycle-borne miscreants on SH-99 near Halalpur State Boring while returning from Amour market.
Acting swiftly, the police successfully rescued the girl near Belgachhi Chowk. Her statement was recorded under Section 180 BNSS, and after a medical examination, her statement was recorded in court under Section 183 BNSS. SHO Sanjay Kumar confirmed that the primary accused, Vishal Kumar, has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. SI Md. Babuddin and other police personnel were part of the operation. The police are now working to locate and arrest the remaining absconding accused in the case.
