A government teacher was seriously injured in a road accident in Athmalgola. The incident occurred on the Bakhtiyarpur-Mokama Fourlane when his motorcycle lost control and fell. The teacher has been identified as Shivshankar Prasad, a resident of Sabnima village in Athmalgola block.

According to information, Shivshankar Prasad was riding his bike on the fourlane when, for an unknown reason, his bike became unbalanced and he fell on the road. He sustained serious injuries in the accident. Local residents and passersby immediately helped him and took him to the nearest health center for first aid.

Upon receiving information about the incident, the police also reached the spot and started investigating the matter. The police stated that the causes of the accident are being ascertained. Preliminary investigation suggests that the bike losing balance was the reason for the accident. Shivshankar Prasad sustained injuries to his head and other parts of his body. Considering his condition, he may be referred to Patna for better treatment.
