A peaceful 'Goh Bandh' was organized on Wednesday in Goh block headquarters, Aurangabad district, to demand solutions for various public issues. Hundreds of people gathered at Jagatpati Chowk from morning, raising their voices for the resolution of their grievances. Many shopkeepers in Goh market supported the movement by keeping their establishments closed.

The protestors highlighted that even slight rainfall leads to waterlogging on major roads in Goh due to irregular drainage cleaning and poor water evacuation. Furthermore, there is widespread dissatisfaction over the dilapidated condition of Goh's playgrounds and ponds, and the substandard services at the local hospital. Participants in the movement clarified that the bandh was not against any individual or political party, but aimed to bring Goh's public problems to the attention of the administration and government, demanding permanent solutions.

During the bandh, the police administration remained fully alert to maintain law and order. Police forces were deployed at various locations in the market, including Jagatpati Chowk, and the situation was continuously monitored. The agitators warned that if their problems are not resolved promptly, they would continue their phased agitation on public interest issues. The bandh in Goh concluded peacefully.
