A shocking case of abduction and gang-rape of a 15-year-old minor girl has come to light in the Kutumba police station area of Aurangabad district, Bihar. The victim, a seventh-grade student, was allegedly stopped by three youths in a car while she was on her way to Kutumba hospital for treatment. They forcibly took her into the vehicle and drove her approximately 35 kilometers away.

Police have swiftly arrested two accused in the case, while the search for the third suspect is ongoing. The victim is currently undergoing treatment at Aurangabad Sadar Hospital. According to her family, the girl had been suffering from fever for some days. On the day of the incident, her mother had gone to the hospital with her younger brother, and her father was at work. The girl was going to Kutumba hospital alone when, about a kilometer from her village, three car-borne youths stopped her, inquired about her destination, and allegedly forced her into the car. The accused gagged her and snatched her mobile phone.

Police stated that the accused took the girl via Amba Bazaar, NH-139, to the road leading to Dhawa village near Shankarapur ROB. The victim has alleged that she was assaulted and sexually abused there. She also claims to have overheard the accused discussing plans to kill her.

According to the victim, the accused later dropped her about 1.5 kilometers from her home and fled, returning her mobile phone as they left. The girl called her grandparents, and upon reaching home, narrated the entire incident to her family. Subsequently, an FIR was lodged at Kutumba police station on Monday with her parents.

Family members have also handed over an audio recording to the police, claiming it was recorded on the victim's mobile phone inside the car. Police are investigating the audio. Following the incident, an SIT was formed under the leadership of SDPO Sadar-1 Aditya Kumar, acting on the instructions of SP Upendranath Verma. Two of the three accused have been arrested from their village, and raids are underway to apprehend the third.
