A major reshuffle has been undertaken within the police department in Aurangabad district, aimed at enhancing crime control and improving law and order. Superintendent of Police Upendra Nath Verma has transferred 18 police officers, assigning them new responsibilities. The SP's order states that the postings are based on the officers' utility and administrative requirements, leading to changes in leadership at several key police stations.

Police Inspector Narottam has been removed from his charge of RTPS, FS, RTI, and Women's Commission, and appointed as the Station House Officer (SHO) of Obra. Meanwhile, Police Inspector Akshaywar Singh, who was previously the SHO of Kasma, has been given charge of RTPS and other responsibilities. Sub-Inspector Umesh Kumar has been transferred from Kutumba Police Station's investigation unit to become the SHO of Simra. Chandrahass Singh has been removed as in-charge of the District Intelligence Unit and given the responsibility of Kutumba SHO, while Prashant Kumar has been moved from Nagar Police Station investigation to head the District Intelligence Unit.

Other transfers include Nitish Kumar, former Obra SHO, now at Risiyap; Deepak Kumar Rai, former Mali SHO, now at Jamhor; Amarjeet Kumar, former Badem SHO, now at Fesar; and Varsha Kumari, former Fesar SHO, now at Badem. Sanjeet Ram, Risiyap SHO, has been moved to Mali; Pawan Kumar of the District Intelligence Unit to Amba; and Kunal Kumar from Obra Police Station investigation to Pauthu SHO. Rupesh Kumar has been given charge of Kasma.

Under the order, Imran Ali, Kutumba SHO, has been posted to Obra Police Station investigation; Abhishek Kumar, Simra SHO, to Tandwa Police Station investigation; Rahul Raj, Amba SHO, to Nagar Police Station investigation; Suryaveer Kumar Gupta, Jamhor SHO, to Kutumba Police Station investigation; and Sanjay Kumar, Pauthu SHO, to Nagar Police Station investigation. This reshuffle is seen as a significant step towards making policing more effective in the district.
