Sherghati. In connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No. 178/10, Session Trial No. 162/24, the ADJ-4 court has concluded its hearing. The court found three accused individuals guilty in this case. However, the court granted the benefit of the provisions of the Probation of Offenders Act to all three convicts, ordering their release after an admonition.

The court carefully considered the facts and circumstances of the case, as well as the available information regarding the accused, before deeming them guilty. Under Section 3 of the Probation of Offenders Act, 1958, the three were released with a warning. Following this order, the convicts were not required to serve immediate imprisonment. Necessary formalities were completed as per the court's directives.
