An important notice has been issued for electricity consumers in the Bathnaha block area of Sitamarhi district. On Saturday, power supply in the region will be completely interrupted from 8 AM to 12 PM. During this period, the entire Bathnaha feeder's electricity service will be shut down, which may cause inconvenience to local residents for a few hours.

Junior Engineer (JE) Prakash Kumar from the electricity department stated that some essential maintenance work needs to be carried out on the 33 KV line. For safety and technical reasons, it is mandatory to shut down the power supply while working on the line. This special shutdown has been implemented on Saturday morning for this purpose.

Departmental officials have clarified that the repair and maintenance work will be completed expeditiously within the stipulated timeframe. As soon as the necessary work is finished, the electricity supply will be immediately restored to normal. The department has appealed to consumers to cooperate during this period.
