सीतामढ़ी जिले के बेलसंड थाना क्षेत्र में एक हत्या के मामले में फरार चल रहे आरोपी के घर पुलिस ने इश्तेहार चिपकाया है। यह कार्रवाई न्यायालय के आदेश पर की गई है। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, बेलसंड थाना कांड संख्या 19/23 से संबंधित हत्या के एक मामले में आरोपी लगातार फरार चल रहा था। पुलिस द्वारा कई बार दबिश दिए जाने के बावजूद वह कानून की पकड़ से दूर था।
न्यायालय ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए आरोपी के खिलाफ इश्तेहार जारी करने का आदेश दिया था। इसी आदेश के अनुपालन में शुक्रवार को बेलसंड थाना पुलिस की एक टीम आरोपी के घर पहुंची। पुलिस ने कानूनी प्रक्रिया का पालन करते हुए आरोपी के घर के मुख्य द्वार पर इश्तेहार चिपकाया। इश्तेहार में आरोपी को निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर न्यायालय में आत्मसमर्पण करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। ऐसा न करने पर आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी भी दी गई है, जिसमें कुर्की-जब्ती की प्रक्रिया भी शामिल हो सकती है।
पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार, इस तरह की कार्रवाई फरार अपराधियों पर दबाव बनाने और उन्हें आत्मसमर्पण के लिए मजबूर करने के लिए की जाती है। इश्तेहार चिपकाने का उद्देश्य यह भी है कि आरोपी को सार्वजनिक रूप से यह संदेश मिल जाए कि उसके खिलाफ कानूनी प्रक्रिया शुरू हो चुकी है और अब वह ज्यादा समय तक बच नहीं सकता। बेलसंड पुलिस ने बताया कि आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी के लिए लगातार छापेमारी की जा रही है और जल्द ही उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा। स्थानीय लोगों में इस कार्रवाई को लेकर चर्चा है और वे उम्मीद कर रहे हैं कि जल्द ही अपराधी को न्याय के कटघरे में खड़ा किया जाएगा।
