Police in Bhojpur district's Agiaon Bazaar police station area have arrested an accused based on a non-bailable warrant (NBW) in connection with an old case. The arrested individual has been identified as Vakil Muharar, a resident of Suggiwal village, son of Mudhar.

Agiaon Bazaar Police Station इंचार्ज Anil Kumar stated that an old case was ongoing against Vakil Muharar in court. The JM-01 Court in Ara had issued a non-bailable warrant in this matter, leading to his arrest by the police. The GR number for the related case is reported as 3090/10.

The Station Head further informed that the police took this action to execute the warrant issued by the court. After the arrest, necessary legal procedures are being completed against the accused, and he will be presented in court. The police are continuously conducting operations in the area to apprehend absconding warrant holders and those against whom court warrants have been issued. The police stated that further action would be taken based on court directives.
