A mobile shop in Bhojpur district was targeted by thieves, with the entire incident captured on CCTV. The thief gained entry through the roof of the shop and made off with mobile phones, accessories, and other valuable items worth lakhs of rupees. The incident took place in the Jagdishpur police station area.

According to reports, the owner of the mobile shop located in Jagdishpur market discovered the theft on Sunday morning when he arrived to open his establishment. He found the shutter lock broken and the shop ransacked. Upon inspection, it was revealed that expensive gadgets like mobile phones, chargers, headphones, and power banks, collectively worth lakhs, were missing. The owner immediately informed the local police.

Police arrived at the scene and have initiated an investigation. CCTV footage is being scrutinized, which clearly shows a thief entering the shop through the roof and then meticulously selecting items to steal over a considerable period. While the thief's face is not clearly visible, their physique and method of operation could provide crucial clues for the police. Authorities have assured that the perpetrator will be apprehended soon. This incident has created a sense of fear among local traders, who are demanding strengthened security measures from the police administration.
