Following the declaration of the second round seat allotment result, candidates must complete the subsequent admission procedures, which include document verification and reporting. Candidates are required to report to their allotted institution for document verification and seat confirmation. The list of essential documents includes Class 10 and 12 passing certificates and mark sheets, residence certificate, 6 passport-sized photographs (same as on NEET 2026 admit card), printout of the online application form for UGMAC (AYUSH)-2026, and any other relevant documents such as DQ (PwBD) / EWS certificates, if applicable.
