These demands included improvements in pay scales, promotion opportunities, reduction in workload, and other service conditions. Employees argue that they are the backbone of the government at the rural level, and without them, revenue collection and other land-related tasks are disrupted. Despite this, their problems are not being addressed.

Leaders of the association said that they have been peacefully presenting their demands to the government, but their patience is now wearing thin. They further stated that if the government does not seriously consider their demands and implement the agreement as soon as possible, they will be forced to take harsher measures, including an indefinite strike. This agitation could severely impact revenue-related work in the state, causing inconvenience to the general public. Employees have appealed to the government to address their legitimate demands and avoid a confrontational situation.
