A fugitive warrantee, long absconding in a murder case in the Bihta police station area of Patna district, has been arrested. The arrest was made from Ahiyapur village. The arrested warrantee has been identified as Raju Kumar, a resident of Ahiyapur, who was a named accused in a murder case and against whom a warrant had been issued by the court.

Bihta police received information that Raju Kumar was hiding in his village. Based on this information, a special team was formed under the direction of the Bihta Station House Officer. The team took swift action, raided Ahiyapur village, and apprehended Raju Kumar. According to the police, Raju Kumar is accused of involvement in a serious murder case and had been continuously absconding since the incident.

After his arrest, Raju Kumar was brought to the Bihta police station for intensive questioning. Following the interrogation, he was produced before the local court. The court, considering the seriousness of the case, sent Raju Kumar to judicial custody. Police stated that continuous raids are being conducted to apprehend other absconding accused in this case. Bihta police are making every possible effort to solve the entire mystery of this murder and claim to arrest other accused soon.
