During this meeting, Vikas Mitras (development facilitators) have been directed to submit a minimum of 20 new ration card applications daily. Officials at the meeting provided training to Vikas Mitras on simplifying the application process and furnishing accurate information to beneficiaries. They were also instructed to ensure that all necessary documents, such as Aadhaar cards, bank account details, and proof of residence, are attached with each application. Special care has been emphasized to prevent application rejections due to errors or missing documents.

This push is part of the state government's broader strategy to provide ration cards to all eligible families.
