The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held a district workers' conference in Araria to commemorate the birth anniversary of its founder, Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee. On this occasion, BJP workers pledged to follow Dr. Mookerjee's ideals and principles. A large number of BJP workers and office bearers from across the district participated in the conference.

The program began with garlanding and offering flowers to the portrait of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee. BJP leaders remembered Dr. Mookerjee's contributions to the nation, his spirit of nationalism, and his sacrifice. They stated that Dr. Mookerjee envisioned a strong and united India, and the BJP remains committed to realizing that dream even today.

Addressing the conference, the district president said that Dr. Mookerjee sacrificed his life to keep Kashmir an integral part of India. It is because of his struggle and sacrifice that Kashmir is an inseparable part of India today. He urged the workers to imbibe Dr. Mookerjee's principle of 'Nation First' and work to strengthen the party at the grassroots level.

During the event, several speakers also highlighted the public welfare schemes run by the BJP's central and state governments. They urged workers to ensure these schemes benefit the common people and to connect them with the party. The main objective of the conference was also to infuse new energy into the workers and prepare them for the upcoming elections. Workers collectively resolved to achieve the party's goals.
