भाजपा ब्रह्मपुर ग्रामीण मंडल उपाध्यक्ष डॉ. हरेराम तिवारी ने दिया इस्तीफा, संगठन पर उठाए सवाल

बक्सर जिले के ब्रह्मपुर प्रखंड में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के ग्रामीण मंडल में संगठनात्मक विवाद सामने आया है। मंडल के वरीय उपाध्यक्ष डॉ. हरेराम तिवारी ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है। मंगलवार को नैनीजोर स्थित अपने आवास पर मीडिया को जानकारी देते हुए डॉ. तिवारी ने संगठन की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर सवाल उठाए।
उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि उन्हें जिला कार्यालय से लेकर प्रखंड और मंडल स्तर तक की गतिविधियों और बैठकों की सूचना समय पर नहीं मिलती थी। डॉ. तिवारी ने यह भी कहा कि संगठन में लंबे समय से कार्यकर्ताओं के बीच समन्वय का अभाव है और कई समर्पित कार्यकर्ताओं की उपेक्षा की जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि वे वर्ष 1998 से भाजपा के समर्पित कार्यकर्ता के रूप में काम कर रहे हैं, लेकिन वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में उन्हें अपने पद पर बने रहना उचित नहीं लगा।
डॉ. तिवारी ने अपनी सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में भी संगठनात्मक व्यवस्था पर नाराजगी व्यक्त की है। उन्होंने लिखा कि गृह जिला बक्सर से लेकर मंडल तक कार्यकर्ताओं की उपेक्षा, समन्वय का अभाव और कुछ खास लोगों का 'मैं' संगठन के लिए चिंताजनक है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि संगठन में अहंकार हावी रहा तो यह कमजोर होगा।
उन्होंने ब्रह्मपुर ग्रामीण मंडल की हाल ही में हुई एक बैठक का भी उदाहरण दिया, जो उनके ही क्षेत्र में आयोजित की गई थी, लेकिन उन्हें इसकी सूचना तक नहीं दी गई। उन्होंने इसे कार्यकर्ताओं की उपेक्षा का स्पष्ट उदाहरण बताया। डॉ. तिवारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि उनका इस्तीफा किसी व्यक्तिगत लाभ या विरोध के लिए नहीं, बल्कि स्वाभिमान और संगठनात्मक सिद्धांतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए लिया गया निर्णय है। उनके इस्तीफे के बाद ब्रह्मपुर ग्रामीण मंडल में संगठनात्मक गतिविधियों को लेकर चर्चा तेज हो गई है। अब इस मामले में जिला नेतृत्व की प्रतिक्रिया का इंतजार है।

Dr. Tiwari, who has been a committed BJP worker since 1998, stated that he no longer found it appropriate to continue in his position under the current circumstances.
He further expressed his dissatisfaction on social media, writing that the neglect of workers, lack of coordination, and the 'ego' of certain individuals from his home district of Buxar down to the mandal level are concerning for the party. He warned that if arrogance prevails, the organization would weaken. Dr. Tiwari cited a recent Brahampur Rural Mandal meeting held in his own area, to which he was not even invited, as a clear example of worker neglect. He clarified that his resignation was not for personal gain or opposition but was a decision based on self-respect and organizational principles. His resignation has sparked widespread discussion about organizational activities within the Brahampur Rural Mandal, and a response from the district leadership is now awaited.
