Officials presented their respective reports on the work done so far under these schemes and future action plans.

Committee members extensively discussed measures to improve the availability of drinking water, road construction, education, and health services in rural areas. Members suggested that the participation of local public representatives and the general public should be ensured in the implementation of schemes so that development work can be carried out according to actual needs. Officials from the agriculture department provided information about various subsidy schemes and crop insurance for farmers, emphasizing the need to encourage farmers to avail benefits from these schemes.

At the end of the meeting, the Block Development Officer directed all officials to promptly complete pending tasks related to their respective departments and ensure transparency and quality in development works. He also stated that regular field visits should be conducted to check the ground reality of the schemes. This meeting is considered an important step towards accelerating the overall development of the block and effectively implementing pro-people schemes.
