Muzaffarpur. Bochahan MLA Baby Kumari recently met Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary to discuss the development of the Bochahan assembly constituency and the swift resolution of public issues. During the meeting, she submitted a memorandum outlining key development projects and fundamental problems in her area. The MLA prominently raised several demands related to education, roads, bridges, drainage, and urban facilities.

Among the key demands, Kumari called for the establishment of a Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan Government Polytechnic or Engineering College in Jhaphaha to provide local students with access to higher technical education. She also requested the construction of permanent bridges over the Gandak River in Rajwara and Budhnagara, which would ease commuting and improve connectivity between various areas. To promote girls' education, a demand was made for a girls' high school in Bochahan.

Additionally, the MLA sought the construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB) in Sherpur and the establishment of a PM Shri Navodaya Vidyalaya in Mushahari. For urban infrastructure, she requested a water treatment plant near Akhara Ghat and the beautification of the Zero Mile roundabout. Addressing the persistent waterlogging issue in the Bochahan constituency, Kumari urged for permanent drainage systems in several panchayats, including Sheikhpur, Shahbazpur, Bada Jagannath, and Bhikhanpur, to alleviate long-standing problems faced by villagers. Demands for the widening and repair of major RCD roads were also presented to the Chief Minister.

Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary listened attentively to all the demands put forth by the MLA and assured positive action. MLA Baby Kumari reiterated her commitment to the comprehensive development of Bochahan and the resolution of public issues, vowing to continuously raise development-related concerns with the government.
