The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Court in Muzaffarpur district has taken strict action against the Bochahan Station House Officer (SHO) in connection with a loot case at M Krishi Farm, located within the Bochahan police station area. The court has ordered the withholding of the SHO's salary due to non-compliance with its directives.

The CJM Court had explicitly ordered the Bochahan SHO to register an FIR based on a complaint petition and initiate an investigation into the matter. The case pertains to a complaint filed by Kushal, director of Green Aahar India Private Limited, regarding a robbery at their agricultural farm within the Bochahan police station jurisdiction. The complaint named one individual and implicated other unknown persons. The victim had approached the court after failing to get a hearing at the police level.

Despite the court's clear order, when the FIR was not registered, the court issued a show-cause notice to the SHO. Expressing strong displeasure over the failure to respond to the show-cause notice in a timely manner, the CJM Court issued a stringent order to suspend the SHO's salary. This action underscores the judiciary's commitment to ensuring transparency and accountability in the justice delivery system, especially when police fail to adhere to court instructions.
