The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued an important update for candidates appearing in the Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2026. The Bihar Board will release the dummy admit cards for the BSEB STET on the afternoon of September 25. This provisional document will allow candidates to verify their personal details, including name, parents' name, date of birth, photograph, signature, and category.

The BSEB STET application process concluded on September 22, and the STET 2026 examination is likely to commence in the first week of November. The primary purpose of releasing the dummy admit card is to provide an opportunity for corrections before the final admit card is issued. The Bihar STET 2026 examination will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. It will consist of two papers: Paper-1 for classes 9-10 and Paper-2 for classes 11-12. Each paper will have 150 questions, and the duration of the exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. There will be no negative marking in this examination. If any changes are made to reserved category information that necessitate additional examination fee payment, this must also be done online by September 30.
