A tragic incident has come to light in Buxar district, where a young man died by suicide by hanging himself. The incident occurred in Ram Ji Rai's house at Mufassil More, under the Buxar Nagar police station area. The deceased has been identified as 30-year-old Chandan Kumar, originally from Nonhara village in Ghazipur district, Uttar Pradesh. Chandan worked for a private company in Buxar and resided there.

According to police sources and family members, Chandan Kumar had been suffering from mental stress for some time. It is reported that he had recently divorced his wife, after which he fell into deep depression. Upon receiving information about the incident, local police arrived at the scene, took custody of the body, and sent it for post-mortem examination. Police stated that it appears to be a case of suicide at first glance.

Family members of the deceased stated that Chandan was very disturbed after his divorce and often remained sad. They mentioned that he frequently discussed his mental state with friends and family members, but no one anticipated that he would take such an extreme step. The entire family is grief-stricken by this incident.

Police have registered a case and are conducting further investigations. The police are also trying to ascertain if there were any other reasons behind the suicide. This incident once again highlights the importance of mental health and the need to provide timely assistance to individuals experiencing stress.
