भारत सरकार की टीम ने रजौन के बाबरचक और खुशहालपुर में विकास योजनाओं का जायजा लिया
Central Government Team Reviews Development Schemes in Rajoun's Babarchak and Khushhalpur
बांका जिले के रजौन प्रखंड स्थित नवादा-खरौनी पंचायत के स्मार्ट विलेज बाबरचक और सिंहनान पंचायत के खुशहालपुर में गुरुवार को भारत सरकार की दो सदस्यीय केंद्रीय टीम ने विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। जांच टीम में भारत सरकार के उपनिदेशक राजेश कुमार और आर्थिक पदाधिकारी अवनीश कुमार शामिल थे।
बाबरचक पहुंचने पर नवादा-खरौनी पंचायत की मुखिया आरती देवी और मुखिया प्रतिनिधि दयाशंकर सिंह ने केंद्रीय अधिकारियों का स्वागत किया। इसके बाद मुखिया आरती देवी ने टीम को गांव की सभी योजनाओं का भ्रमण कराया। दौरे के दौरान टीम ने स्मार्ट विलेज बाबरचक में मनरेगा द्वारा निर्मित आवास, सड़क और ग्रामीण हाट जैसी प्रमुख योजनाओं की जमीनी स्थिति का बारीकी से जायजा लिया। केंद्रीय टीम ने स्मार्ट विलेज स्थित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र का भी गहन निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने केंद्र के बेहतर संचालन और बच्चों व धात्री माताओं को मिलने वाली सुविधाओं के संबंध में आंगनबाड़ी सेविका को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।
अधिकारियों ने योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन, निर्माण कार्य की गुणवत्ता और लाभार्थियों को मिल रहे लाभ के संबंध में स्थानीय पदाधिकारियों व जनप्रतिनिधियों से विस्तृत जानकारी ली। टीम ने ग्रामीणों से संवाद कर यह भी जानने का प्रयास किया कि केंद्र व राज्य सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ वास्तविक लाभार्थियों तक सही तरीके से पहुंच रहा है या नहीं। इसके उपरांत केंद्रीय टीम ने प्रखंड के सिंहनान पंचायत अंतर्गत खुशहालपुर गांव का भी दौरा किया। यहां टीम ने मनरेगा के तहत संचालित पौधरोपण योजना और प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत निर्मित मकानों की जमीनी हकीकत का जायजा लिया और आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।
इस मौके पर विकसित भारत - गारंटी फॉर रोजगार एंड आजीविका मिशन (ग्रामीण) (VB-G RAM G) के डीपीओ मनोरंजन प्रसाद, पीओ धर्मेंद्र कुमार, पीआरएस सुजीत कुमार, मनरेगा जेई भानु प्रकाश शेखर, जिला परिषद सदस्य सुमन कुमार पासवान, पंचायत जेई राकेश कुमार, आवास पर्यवेक्षक अमन श्री, डाटा ऑपरेटर शालिग्राम प्रसाद सिंह के अलावा बिनीत कुमार, द्वारिका प्रसाद सिंह, संजय दास, प्रवीण कुमार और अजय कुमार सहित कई स्थानीय ग्रामीण मौजूद रहे।
A two-member central team from the Government of India conducted an on-site inspection of various development schemes in Smart Village Babarchak, located in Nawada-Kharauni Panchayat, and Khushhalpur in Singhnan Panchayat, both within the Rajoun block of Banka district, on Thursday. The inspection team included Rajesh Kumar, Deputy Director, and Avnish Kumar, Economic Officer, from the Government of India.
Upon their arrival in Babarchak, the central officials were welcomed by Arti Devi, Mukhiya of Nawada-Kharauni Panchayat, and her representative, Dayashankar Singh. Mukhiya Arti Devi then guided the team through all the village's schemes. During the visit, the team meticulously assessed the ground reality of key schemes in Smart Village Babarchak, including houses, roads, and rural haats constructed under MGNREGA. The central team also thoroughly inspected the Anganwadi center in the Smart Village, providing necessary instructions to the Anganwadi worker regarding its efficient operation and the facilities provided to children and lactating mothers.
The officials gathered detailed information from local officers and public representatives regarding the implementation of schemes, the quality of construction work, and the benefits received by beneficiaries. The team also interacted with villagers to ascertain whether the benefits of central and state government schemes were reaching the actual beneficiaries correctly. Subsequently, the central team visited Khushhalpur village under Singhnan Panchayat in the same block. Here, they reviewed the ground reality of the plantation scheme under MGNREGA and houses constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, issuing necessary directives. Several local villagers and officials were present on this occasion.
