Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary is scheduled to visit Jagdishpur, the historic town of Veer Kunwar Singh, on Wednesday, September 23. He will pay homage to the life-size statue of the immortal freedom fighter Babu Veer Kunwar Singh at the Veer Kunwar Singh Fort-Museum. Following this, he will observe the relics, artifacts, and other historical heritage associated with Kunwar Singh's valor and bravery within the museum.

To apprise the Chief Minister of Jagdishpur's historical significance as Kunwar Singh's birthplace, his life struggles, and his contributions to the freedom struggle, the administration is preparing a special presentation. A 15-minute 3D animation-based documentary will be screened via LCD, showcasing Kunwar Singh's courage, bravery, life journey, and historical events related to him. The Chief Minister will also be briefed on the proposed framework for the tourism development of the Veer Kunwar Singh Fort and Museum.

Accompanying the Chief Minister will be local MLA and Minister Bhagwan Singh Kushwaha, along with other public representatives and senior officials. Under the leadership of District Magistrate Manesh Kumar Meena, final preparations are underway at the fort-museum complex for the Chief Minister's program. Renovation work, including painting, repair of damaged sections, museum organization, lighting, fountains, and landscaping, is being carried out. Tree pruning, helipad construction, barricading, and approach road repairs are also progressing rapidly.

In anticipation of the Chief Minister's visit, Shahabad Range DIG Satyaprakash inspected security and law and order preparations in Jagdishpur on Monday. He, along with SDPO Rahul Kumar, Arrah Sadar SDPO, SHO Ashish Kumar Sah, and other officials, surveyed the proposed helipad at Sharda Brajraj Khel Maidan, Veer Kunwar Singh Fort, Museum, and Fort grounds. DM Munesh Kumar Meena and SP Awadhesh Dixit also conducted a foot march from the helipad construction site to the fort grounds on Monday, reviewing security arrangements and issuing necessary instructions to officials.
