In a significant move to address public grievances, 'Cooperation Camps' were organized at 11 different locations across the Paliganj block of Patna district. Hundreds of local residents participated in these camps, submitting applications for the resolution of their various complaints. The applications received at the camps primarily pertained to land disputes, errors in ration cards, delays in old-age pensions, MNREGA wage payments, electricity bill complaints, and other government scheme-related issues. Administrative officials present at the camps resolved many grievances on the spot, while others were forwarded to the respective departments for further action. Officials assured the public that all applications would be given serious consideration and resolved within a stipulated timeframe. They also indicated that similar camps would continue to be organized in the future to benefit a larger section of the populace.

The primary objective of such camps is to bring government services closer to the people and enhance their participation, thereby strengthening trust between local administration and the public.
