दरभंगा के हायाघाट सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में सोमवार को एएनएम कार्यकर्ताओं के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाना और आंकड़ों के सटीक संकलन को सुनिश्चित करना था। प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में हुए इस प्रशिक्षण में स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधन सूचना प्रणाली (HMIS) और प्रजनन एवं बाल स्वास्थ्य (RCH) पोर्टल के प्रभावी उपयोग के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई।
प्रशिक्षण का लक्ष्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की तकनीकी दक्षता को बढ़ाना और मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से संबंधित रिपोर्टिंग को अधिक प्रभावी बनाना था। इस दौरान HMIS मासिक फॉर्मेट 9.1 और RCH पोर्टल पर गर्भवती महिलाओं के पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया समझाई गई। साथ ही, गर्भावस्था के दौरान दी जाने वाली सेवाओं की प्रविष्टि, प्रसव के परिणाम, चाइल्ड आईडी अपडेट और नियमित टीकाकरण से जुड़े आंकड़ों को दर्ज करने के तरीकों पर भी चर्चा हुई। इसके अतिरिक्त, ड्यू लिस्ट, गैर-संचारी रोगों (NCD) की स्क्रीनिंग और संचारी रोगों की रिपोर्टिंग के तरीकों पर भी विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की गई।
प्रशिक्षण में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से संबंधित आंकड़ों की सटीकता और समय पर रिपोर्टिंग के महत्व पर विशेष बल दिया गया। स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को HMIS और RCH पोर्टल पर दर्ज आंकड़ों का आपस में मिलान करने की प्रक्रिया भी बताई गई। उन्हें निर्देश दिया गया कि पोर्टल पर जानकारी दर्ज करते समय पूरी सावधानी बरतें, ताकि रिपोर्टिंग में किसी भी प्रकार की त्रुटि की संभावना कम हो।
यह भी बताया गया कि पॉपुलेशन फाउंडेशन ऑफ इंडिया (PFI) द्वारा अप्रैल से सितंबर 2026 तक जारी प्रखंडवार HW राज्य रैंकिंग में हायाघाट प्रखंड ने उल्लेखनीय सुधार दर्ज किया है। अप्रैल में 319वें स्थान पर रहने वाला यह प्रखंड सितंबर में 70वें स्थान पर पहुंच गया है। इस प्रगति को स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों के अथक प्रयासों, नियमित निगरानी और डेटा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार का परिणाम माना जा रहा है। प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में स्वास्थ्य प्रबंधक मो. शहरयार फारूकी, एएनएम, आशा फैसिलिटेटर और अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मी उपस्थित थे।
A crucial training program for ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) workers was held on Monday at the Community Health Centre in Hayaghat, Darbhanga. The primary objective of this program was to enhance the quality of health services and ensure accurate data collection. Chaired by the Medical Officer In-charge, the training provided detailed information on the effective use of the Health Management Information System (HMIS) and the Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) portal.
The training aimed to improve the technical proficiency of health workers and make reporting related to maternal and child health services more effective. Participants were instructed on the process of registering pregnant women on HMIS monthly format 9.1 and the RCH portal. Discussions also covered entering data for services provided during pregnancy, delivery outcomes, child ID updates, and routine immunizations. Additionally, detailed information was given on due lists, screening for non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and reporting communicable diseases.
Special emphasis was placed on maintaining the accuracy of health service data and ensuring timely reporting. Health workers were also taught how to reconcile data entered on the HMIS and RCH portals. They were instructed to exercise caution while entering information to minimize errors in reporting.
It was also highlighted that Hayaghat block has shown significant improvement in the block-wise HW state ranking released by the Population Foundation of India (PFI) from April to September 2026. The block, which was ranked 319th in April, reached the 70th position by September. This progress is attributed to the diligent efforts of health workers, regular monitoring, and improved data quality. Health Manager Mohd. Shaharyar Farooqui, ANMs, ASHA facilitators, and other health workers were present at the training program.
