Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary, a native of Darbhanga district and a senior education administrative officer, has been appointed as the new Secretary of the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB). He assumed charge on Saturday.

Sanjay Kumar Chaudhary, son of the late Krishna Kant Chaudhary, originally hails from Darhar village under Bahadurpur block in Darbhanga district. His journey from a rural background to one of the state's highest educational administrative positions is a testament to his hard work, foresight, and unwavering dedication. This crucial responsibility has been entrusted to him given his extensive administrative experience in the education sector. He will also continue to hold the position of RDDES (Regional Deputy Director of Education) for the Magadh division.

Chaudhary's administrative career has been distinguished and full of achievements. Previously, he served as DPO (District Program Officer) in Samastipur and Begusarai. He also left his mark with efficient work as the District Education Officer in Nawada district. He has taken historical steps to improve the standard of teaching in schools, ensure quick resolution of teachers' problems, and bring administrative transparency.
