Under the public hearing program in the district, the District Magistrate (DM) attentively listened to the grievances of 37 complainants and issued necessary directives to the concerned officials for their prompt resolution. This program serves as a crucial platform for citizens to directly convey their complaints to the administration.

During the public hearing, various types of complaints emerged, including land disputes, issues related to ration cards, pension difficulties, non-receipt of benefits from government schemes, and other administrative matters. The DM patiently heard each complainant and understood the seriousness of their problems. He directed the officials from relevant departments present on the spot to take immediate action on these complaints and provide timely relief to the complainants.

The DM explicitly instructed officials not to show any negligence in resolving complaints. He emphasized that resolving citizens' problems is the government's top priority, and any delay at any level would not be acceptable. He also directed that in cases requiring investigation, fair and swift inquiries should be ensured.

On this occasion, the DM urged officials to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach eligible individuals and that no form of intermediation or corruption is tolerated. He lauded the presence of all concerned departmental officials for the successful conduct of the public hearing and called for maintaining similar proactivity in the future. This initiative is expected to enhance public trust in the administration.
