Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) is grappling with a severe shortage of doctors, causing significant inconvenience to patients. A staggering 415 medical posts are lying vacant at the hospital, which is a substantial number compared to the sanctioned strength. Reports indicate that less than half of the sanctioned number of doctors are currently working at DMCH.
