बिहार के पूर्व सांसद और बाहुबली नेता सूरजभान सिंह की तबीयत अचानक खराब हो गई है। लगभग एक सप्ताह पहले उन्हें पटना स्थित अपने आवास पर सीने में तेज दर्द महसूस हुआ, जिसके बाद उन्हें तुरंत पटना के मेडीवर्सल मल्टी सुपर स्पेशलिटी हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती कराया गया। प्रारंभिक उपचार के बाद, उन्हें बेहतर इलाज के लिए दिल्ली के फोर्टिस अस्पताल ले जाया गया।

सूरजभान सिंह का जन्म पटना के मोकामा स्थित शंकरबाग टोले के एक किसान परिवार में हुआ था। उनके पिता चाहते थे कि वे फौज में शामिल हों, लेकिन सूरजभान सिंह ने एक अलग रास्ता चुना और राजनीति में अपनी पहचान बनाई।

Approximately a week ago, he experienced severe chest pain at his residence in Patna, following which he was immediately admitted to Mediversal Multi Super Speciality Hospital in Patna. After initial treatment, he was shifted to Fortis Hospital in Delhi for further medical care.
According to the latest reports, his family has now admitted him to a hospital in Chennai, where he is currently undergoing treatment. Detailed information regarding his current condition has not yet been released.
Surajbhan Singh has been a prominent figure in Bihar politics, known for his image as a strongman. His political journey has been marked by many ups and downs. At one point, his name was associated with the notorious UP don Sriprakash Shukla. According to former IPS officer Rajesh Pandey, Surajbhan Singh allegedly promised Sriprakash Shukla two AK-47 rifles in exchange for killing Virendra Shahi. However, in 2024, the Supreme Court acquitted him in the Brijbihari Prasad murder case.
Surajbhan Singh was born into a farmer's family in Shankarbhagh Tola, Mokama, Patna. His father wanted him to join the army, but Surajbhan Singh chose a different path and carved out his identity in politics.
