Four minor girl students who went missing from a village in Wazirganj police station area of Gaya on September 9th have been safely recovered by the police from Mumbai. On Tuesday, the seventh day after their disappearance, the police brought the four girls back to Wazirganj police station, bringing relief to both the police and their families. All four students, residents of the same village, are in the tenth and twelfth grades.

According to reports, on September 9th, the girls left for school to fill out examination forms. They left home as usual but did not return by the expected time. Their families initially searched the school and surrounding areas, but when they found no trace, they filed a missing person report at the police station. The incident had become a topic of discussion across the state.

Considering the seriousness of the case, the police initiated a technical investigation and tracked their mobile locations. After the location was traced to Mumbai, a team from Wazirganj police was immediately dispatched to Mumbai, and all four girls were safely recovered.

However, it is still unclear how they reached Mumbai and what their purpose was in going there. The police are investigating whether they were misled by someone or if there was another reason for them taking such a significant step. Currently, the police are engaged in further legal procedures. Statements from all the students will be recorded in court. Subsequently, the SSP is expected to hold a press conference to provide official information on the case.
