Tarun Kumar Ranjan, the newly appointed Circle Officer (CO) of Guraru block in Gaya district, received a warm welcome. Social worker Bali Paswan honored him by presenting a copy of the Indian Constitution. The felicitation ceremony was held at the Guraru Circle Office, attended by local public representatives and dignitaries.

In his address, CO Tarun Kumar Ranjan pledged to prioritize development and public welfare activities in the Guraru region. He stated that his endeavor would be to complete all tasks related to the Circle Office with transparency and in a timely manner, ensuring that the general public faces no inconvenience. He specifically emphasized resolving land disputes, revenue collection, and the effective implementation of government schemes.

Social worker Bali Paswan, while welcoming CO Ranjan, said that presenting a copy of the Constitution signifies that public servants should perform their duties in accordance with the values and principles of the Constitution. He expressed hope that the new CO would play a significant role in resolving the problems of Guraru block and accelerating its development during his tenure. He also assured his full cooperation.

Many other local leaders and activists also welcomed the CO and extended their best wishes. Attendees expressed their expectation that Tarun Kumar Ranjan would provide efficient and people-oriented administration in Guraru. Employees of the Circle Office and local villagers were also present, expressing their hopes for the new CO.
