A general board meeting of the Harnaut Nagar Panchayat is scheduled for November 6 at the Nagar Panchayat office. The primary agenda for this crucial meeting is to finalize the action plan for the preparations of the Chhath Mahaparv. Other important issues will also be discussed.

Executive Officer (EO) Saurav Suman stated that three key agendas will be deliberated during the meeting. These include the confirmation of decisions from the previous meeting. The most significant agenda focuses on the preparations for Chhath ghats across all wards of the Nagar Panchayat. Discussions will cover cleaning, painting, bamboo barricading, setting up temporary changing rooms, and installing lighting. A detailed action plan will be formulated to ensure the convenience and safety of devotees during the Chhath festival.
