Company Director Raj Kumar and Managing Director Rishiraj stated that their company's main objective is to create employment, provide better facilities to laborers, and reduce migration from Bihar. They mentioned that the company, established in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, aims to ensure that laborers from Bihar do not have to migrate to other states for employment. Instead, they should receive respectful work and better facilities within their home state.
