अररिया जिले के जोकीहाट थाना में सोमवार को एसडीपीओ (SDPO) राम पुकार सिंह ने लंबित मामलों की गहन समीक्षा की। इस दौरान उन्होंने थानाध्यक्ष सहित सभी जांच पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। एसडीपीओ ने विशेष रूप से अनुसंधान में तेजी लाने, फरार अभियुक्तों की जल्द से जल्द गिरफ्तारी सुनिश्चित करने और लंबित वारंटों का निष्पादन करने पर जोर दिया।
समीक्षा बैठक में एसडीपीओ ने केस डायरी के नियमित और त्वरित संधारण का निर्देश दिया, ताकि जांच प्रक्रिया में कोई बाधा न आए। उन्होंने इस बात पर भी जोर दिया कि सभी जांच पदाधिकारी अपने-अपने मामलों में सक्रियता से काम करें और निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर जांच पूरी करें। उन्होंने कहा कि अनुसंधान में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
फरार अपराधियों की गिरफ्तारी को प्राथमिकता बताते हुए, एसडीपीओ ने विशेष टीमों के गठन और तकनीकी सहायता का उपयोग करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि अपराधियों को कानून के दायरे में लाना पुलिस की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। इसके अतिरिक्त, उन्होंने न्यायालय से प्राप्त वारंटों और कुर्की-जब्ती आदेशों का त्वरित निष्पादन करने के लिए भी निर्देशित किया, ताकि न्याय प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाई जा सके।
बैठक में थानाध्यक्ष सहित अन्य पुलिस पदाधिकारी मौजूद थे। एसडीपीओ ने सभी से यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि जोकीहाट थाना क्षेत्र में कानून-व्यवस्था बनी रहे और आम जनता को सुरक्षित माहौल मिले। इस समीक्षा का मुख्य उद्देश्य थाना स्तर पर लंबित मामलों के अंबार को कम करना और पुलिस कार्यप्रणाली में दक्षता लाना है।

SDPO Singh emphasized the need to expedite investigations, ensure the swift arrest of absconding accused, and execute pending warrants. He directed officers to regularly and promptly maintain case diaries to prevent any hindrances in the investigation process. He stressed that all investigating officers must actively pursue their cases and complete investigations within the stipulated timeframe, warning that any negligence in investigation would not be tolerated.
Prioritizing the apprehension of absconding criminals, the SDPO instructed the formation of special teams and the use of technical assistance. He also directed the quick execution of warrants and attachment orders received from the court to accelerate the judicial process. This review aims to reduce the backlog of cases at the police station level and enhance police efficiency, ensuring law and order in the Jokihat area.
