The tenth death anniversary of Malti Gupta, the first Zila Parishad Chairperson of Kaimur district, was observed on Thursday at the Durga Mandir Dharamshala in Ramgarh market. The श्रद्धांजलि (tribute) gathering saw the presence of dignitaries, social workers, and representatives from various political parties from Ramgarh and surrounding areas. They paid homage to the late leader by offering flowers to her portrait and recalled her significant social and political contributions.

The event was presided over by Captain Triveni Sah, the district president of the Ex-Servicemen's Association, while Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) leader Sugriv Gupta managed the stage. Speakers lauded Malti Gupta's dedication to the development of Kaimur and her public service during her tenure. Malti Gupta's sons, Dharmendra Gupta and Deepak Gupta, were also present at the condolence meeting, expressing gratitude to all the guests and citizens. Attendees remembered her as an inspiring personality who made substantial contributions to the Kaimur district.
