किशनगंज के जिलाधिकारी (DM) ने सदर अस्पताल का औचक निरीक्षण किया और अस्पताल की व्यवस्थाओं को दुरुस्त करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि प्रत्येक मरीज को समय पर और समुचित इलाज मिलना चाहिए। इस निरीक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य अस्पताल में मरीजों को दी जा रही स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता का आकलन करना और उसमें सुधार लाना था।
निरीक्षण के दौरान, जिलाधिकारी ने अस्पताल के विभिन्न वार्डों, इमरजेंसी कक्ष, ओपीडी, दवा काउंटर और साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था का बारीकी से जायजा लिया। उन्होंने मरीजों और उनके परिजनों से भी बातचीत की ताकि उन्हें मिल रही सुविधाओं और किसी भी प्रकार की समस्याओं के बारे में सीधा फीडबैक मिल सके। जिलाधिकारी ने अस्पताल प्रशासन को निर्देश दिए कि वे यह सुनिश्चित करें कि डॉक्टर और पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ अपनी ड्यूटी पर समय पर उपस्थित रहें और मरीजों के प्रति संवेदनशीलता दिखाएं।
उन्होंने दवाइयों की उपलब्धता और उनके वितरण प्रणाली की भी जांच की, ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि किसी भी मरीज को दवाइयों की कमी का सामना न करना पड़े। साथ ही, उन्होंने अस्पताल परिसर में साफ-सफाई और स्वच्छता बनाए रखने पर विशेष जोर दिया। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि अस्पताल में आने वाले हर मरीज को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं प्रदान करना हमारी प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने अस्पताल प्रबंधन को निर्देश दिए कि वे तत्काल प्रभाव से सभी आवश्यक सुधारों को लागू करें और एक रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करें। इस कदम से जिले में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता में सुधार आने की उम्मीद है।
