Their families have filed a First Information Report (FIR), alleging that the women were lured to Patna under the pretext of securing jobs in an NGO, only to disappear thereafter. According to available information, the families of the missing women stated that an unidentified individual enticed them with an offer of well-paying jobs at a reputable NGO in Patna. Hoping for a better future, both women agreed to accompany the person to Patna. However, since their arrival in Patna, they have lost all contact with their families, causing immense worry and fear among their relatives.

As per the police complaint, the accused promised the women high salaries and better facilities. The families accuse the perpetrator of systematically trapping the women and then taking them to Patna, where they subsequently vanished.
