Cooperation camps were recently organized in three panchayats of Kochadhaman block in Kishanganj district – Deramari, Patkoi Kala, and Tegharia. The primary objective of these camps was to extend the benefits of government schemes to the common public and address their issues. A total of 70 applications were received across these three camps. Tegharia panchayat received 7 applications, Patkoi Kala 26, and Deramari the highest with 37 applications.

All received applications have been immediately registered on the portal and forwarded to the concerned departments. Action on these applications is expected within the next 30 days. District Magistrate Naveen Kumar himself attended the camp organized in Deramari panchayat. He inspected the panchayat building premises and also planted trees. He reviewed the arrangements at the counters set up by various departments. In Tegharia, Joint Secretary cum District Panchayat Raj Officer Zafar Alam was present, while in Patkoi Kala, Additional Collector Revenue Amarendra Kumar Pankaj participated in the camp.

District Magistrate Naveen Kumar stated on the occasion that the government's top priority is to ensure all schemes reach the last person. He clarified that these cooperation camps were organized to ensure that no common person faces any difficulty in availing government services. Block Development Officer Shriram Paswan addressed the villagers, stating that the application process would continue even after the camps conclude. He informed people that if anyone encounters a problem, they can also apply through the cooperation portal.

Sub-Divisional Officer Aniket Kumar, District Disaster Management Officer Aditya Kumar, and Additional Collector Departmental Inquiry Umair, along with block-level officers from various departments, were also present at these camps. Additionally, panchayat-level staff, public representatives, and hundreds of villagers attended these camps. Shahbaz Alam, the Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Deramari, praised this initiative by the administration and thanked everyone present at the camp.
