A 'Guru Goshti' (teachers' meeting) was organized in the Konch block auditorium in Gaya, presided over by Block Development Officer Chandan Kumar and Block Education Officer Santosh Kumar. The primary objective of this meeting was to review the academic and administrative functions of schools within the block.

During the review, Block Education Officer Santosh Kumar Singh expressed strong dissatisfaction with the headmasters of Middle School Kanaudi and Amra for failing to complete tasks related to Project Based Learning (PBL). He reprimanded these headmasters and directed that necessary action be taken against them.

Furthermore, displeasure was also voiced regarding the absence of Ramakant Prasad, the headmaster of Wahabchak Middle School, from the meeting. Departmental staff had lodged complaints against him concerning negligence in teaching duties. Santosh Kumar Singh took these complaints seriously, assuring an investigation into the matter and appropriate action.

All headmasters and teachers present at the meeting were given essential directives to ensure timely compliance with departmental instructions and to provide quality education in schools. Various departmental officials and staff, including Nagendra Kumar Rahi, Devdutt Tiwari, Ravishankar Shastri, Mahendra Kumar Singh, Saryu Prasad, Vimlesh Kumar, and Rajiv Kumar, were also present on the occasion.
