In a daylight incident in Kushinagar district, two youths were caught red-handed stealing a goat, thanks to the vigilance of local villagers. The incident occurred in the Dudahi police station area. According to reports, the two youths were transporting a stolen goat on their motorbike when they were spotted by some villagers.
