A young man was found in a critical condition at Barh railway station on Monday. The Railway Police promptly took action, admitting him to the sub-divisional hospital. Due to his severe state, doctors, after providing initial treatment, referred him to Patna for better medical care.

According to available information, an unidentified young man was found unconscious on platform number one of Barh railway station around Monday afternoon. Passengers and railway staff present at the station informed the Railway Police. Upon receiving the information, a team of Railway Police immediately arrived at the scene and rescued the youth.

There were no external signs of injury on the young man's body, but he was completely unconscious, and his breathing was shallow. The police immediately took him to Barh Sub-Divisional Hospital. After examination, doctors, considering his serious condition, decided to refer him to a larger hospital in Patna.

Railway Police stated that the young man's identity has not yet been established. No identification documents or belongings were found with him that could help in his identification. Police questioned people in the vicinity, but no one recognized him. The police are now trying to locate his family and are also investigating the circumstances under which he arrived at the station and how his condition deteriorated. His treatment is ongoing in the hospital, and the police are taking further action.
