भोजपुर जिले के गड़हनी थाना क्षेत्र के लसाढ़ी गांव में सोमवार की सुबह एक युवक को तेज रफ्तार में बाइक चलाने से रोकने पर गोली मार दी गई। गोली युवक के बाएं पैर में घुटने के ऊपर लगी और आर-पार हो गई, जिससे वह गंभीर रूप से जख्मी हो गया। घायल युवक की पहचान लसाढ़ी गांव निवासी रमेश कुमार सिंह के बेटे जीतेंद्र कुमार के रूप में हुई है, जिनके पिता रेलवे में लाइटिंग इंस्पेक्टर हैं।
जीतेंद्र ने बताया कि सोमवार की सुबह उनका बच्चा घर के बाहर गली में खड़ा था, तभी गांव का एक युवक तेज रफ्तार में बाइक लेकर जा रहा था। जीतेंद्र ने उसे गली में धीरे बाइक चलाने को कहा, जिस पर दोनों के बीच विवाद हो गया। विवाद बढ़ने पर युवक ने जीतेंद्र को जान से मारने की धमकी दी। कुछ देर बाद वह अपने एक साथी के साथ जीतेंद्र के दरवाजे पर आया और उसे गोली मार दी।
पुलिस के अनुसार, गांव के ही अजीत कुमार नामक युवक पर गोली मारने का आरोप है। थानाध्यक्ष कमलजीत ने बताया कि शुरुआती विवाद कीचड़ के छींटे पड़ने को लेकर शुरू हुआ था, जब अजीत की बाइक से जीतेंद्र के भाई मनीष पर कीचड़ पड़ा था। हालांकि, वह मामला शांत हो गया था। बाद में जीतेंद्र द्वारा अजीत को गली में तेज बाइक चलाने से रोकने पर फिर से विवाद हुआ, जिसके बाद गोली मार दी गई। पुलिस मामले की गहनता से छानबीन कर रही है।
In Lasadhi village, under Garhani police station in Bhojpur district, a young man was shot on Monday morning after he objected to another youth speeding on a motorcycle in the narrow lane. The bullet struck Jitendra Kumar, son of Ramesh Kumar Singh, in his left leg above the knee, passing through and leaving him seriously injured. His father is a lighting inspector in the railways.
Jitendra recounted that his child was standing outside their house when a village youth was speeding on his bike. Jitendra asked him to slow down in the lane, which led to an argument. The youth then threatened Jitendra's life. A short while later, the accused, identified as Ajit Kumar, returned with another person to Jitendra's doorstep and shot him.
According to the police, the initial dispute stemmed from mud splashes on Jitendra's brother, Manish Kumar, from Ajit's bike earlier that morning. Although that argument had subsided, a fresh dispute erupted when Jitendra confronted Ajit about speeding in the lane, leading to the shooting. Police are currently investigating the incident thoroughly.
