A shocking case of attempted gangrape of a 13-year-old girl has emerged from the Masaurhi police station area in Patna district. Following the incident, the victim's family filed a complaint at the Masaurhi police station, prompting the police to swiftly register an FIR against six accused. This incident raises serious concerns about the safety of girls in society.

According to the information, the accused lured the girl to their house and attempted to gangrape her there. The girl somehow managed to escape their clutches and, upon reaching home, narrated the entire ordeal to her family. Shocked by her story, the family immediately approached the Masaurhi police station for justice.

Considering the gravity of the matter, Masaurhi police have registered a case under the POCSO Act and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code against six unknown/suspected individuals. The police have recorded the victim's statement, and the medical examination process is also being completed. A special team, led by the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), has been formed and is continuously raiding to apprehend the accused.

Police sources indicate that some suspects have been detained for questioning. The police are confident of arresting all individuals involved in this case soon.
