बिहार के एक जिले से प्रेम प्रसंग के चलते लापता हुई एक युवती को उत्तर प्रदेश से बरामद कर लिया गया है। पुलिस ने युवती को बरामद करने के बाद उसकी मेडिकल जांच कराई और फिर कोर्ट में उसका बयान दर्ज कराया। यह मामला तब सामने आया जब युवती अपने घर से नकदी और जेवर लेकर अचानक गायब हो गई थी, जिसके बाद परिजनों ने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी।
पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार, युवती का किसी युवक से प्रेम प्रसंग चल रहा था। घर से गायब होने के बाद परिजनों को शक हुआ कि वह अपने प्रेमी के साथ गई होगी। पुलिस ने तकनीकी सर्विलांस और मुखबिरों की सूचना के आधार पर युवती का पता लगाया। लंबी खोजबीन के बाद पता चला कि युवती उत्तर प्रदेश में है। बिहार पुलिस की एक टीम उत्तर प्रदेश गई और स्थानीय पुलिस के सहयोग से युवती को बरामद कर लिया।
बरामदगी के बाद युवती को वापस बिहार लाया गया। यहां सबसे पहले उसकी मेडिकल जांच कराई गई ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि उसके साथ किसी प्रकार की जोर-जबरदस्ती या अनहोनी तो नहीं हुई है। मेडिकल रिपोर्ट आने के बाद उसे स्थानीय कोर्ट में मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने पेश किया गया, जहां उसने अपना बयान दर्ज कराया। कोर्ट में दिए गए बयान में युवती ने अपनी मर्जी से जाने की बात कही है या उस पर कोई दबाव था, यह अभी स्पष्ट नहीं हो पाया है। पुलिस ने मामले की गहनता से जांच करने की बात कही है।
इस घटना ने एक बार फिर प्रेम प्रसंग के मामलों में युवाओं के घर से भागने और फिर उनकी बरामदगी के बाद कानूनी प्रक्रियाओं की जटिलता को उजागर किया है। अक्सर ऐसे मामलों में परिजनों की शिकायत के बाद पुलिस कार्रवाई करती है, लेकिन युवती के बयान के बाद मामले की दिशा बदल सकती है। पुलिस अब युवती के बयान और मेडिकल रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई करेगी।
