A shocking case of gang-rape has emerged from Nalanda district, where an orchestra dancer was allegedly gang-raped by two youths. The victim claims she was lured under the pretext of dancing at a birthday party, only to be repeatedly raped in a rented room. The incident occurred in a rented house in the Shivpuri mohalla, falling under the Lahari police station jurisdiction, where some young men reside.

The victim informed the police that she was told she needed to dance at a birthday party. Upon her arrival with another dancer, they found seven boys already present in the room. According to the victim, the other girl left during the event, after which two boys forcibly established physical relations with her.

The news of the incident caused a stir in the area. Sadar DSP-1 Amarnath and Lahari Station House Officer Anil Kumar Pandey, along with police forces, immediately reached the scene. Given the seriousness of the matter, an FSL (Forensic Science Laboratory) team was also called to the spot. The investigation team inspected the crime scene and collected several crucial pieces of evidence.

The police have taken both young women into their custody and are questioning them at the police station. The process for the victim's medical examination has also been initiated. However, police officials are currently refraining from making any official statements on camera regarding the case. The police stated that a thorough investigation is underway, and raids are being conducted to identify and apprehend all involved accused.
