चाही टोला के निवासियों ने बताया कि पुल का निर्माण कार्य काफी समय से चल रहा है, लेकिन इसे पूरा करने में अत्यधिक देरी हो रही है। बारिश के मौसम में यह निर्माणाधीन ढांचा पानी के निकास को अवरुद्ध कर रहा है, जिससे पूरा इलाका जलमग्न हो गया है। घरों में पानी घुस जाने से लोगों का जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त हो गया है। बच्चों को स्कूल जाने में परेशानी हो रही है, और दैनिक कामकाज बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुए हैं। आपातकालीन स्थिति में भी लोगों को घरों से बाहर निकलना मुश्किल हो गया है।
ग्रामीणों ने प्रशासन से गुहार लगाई है कि पुल निर्माण कार्य को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर जल्द से जल्द पूरा कराया जाए। उन्होंने यह भी मांग की है कि जब तक पुल का निर्माण पूरा नहीं हो जाता, तब तक जल निकासी की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था की जाए ताकि लोगों को इस गंभीर समस्या से निजात मिल सके। स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों से भी इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप कर ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं का समाधान कराने की अपील की गई है। अगर जल्द ही इस समस्या का समाधान नहीं किया गया, तो आंदोलन करने की चेतावनी भी दी गई है।

Local public representatives have been urged to intervene and resolve the villagers' problems. If the issue is not addressed soon, residents have warned of protests.
