A Janata Darbar was organized at the Nautan Police Station premises in Bettiah on Saturday. The public hearing, presided over by the new Station House Officer (SHO) Rajiv Kumar, addressed the concerns of residents from the area. Revenue Officer Arun Kumar from the Anchal office was also present.

During the Janata Darbar, a total of three applications related to various issues were received. Officials from both the police and revenue departments listened carefully to both parties involved in these applications and gathered necessary information. One of the cases was resolved on the spot, while necessary action has been initiated for the remaining matters as per regulations.

SHO Rajiv Kumar stated that the primary objective of the Janata Darbar is to provide quick and impartial solutions to the problems faced by common people. He emphasized that police and revenue department officials work together to resolve issues, aiming to prevent unnecessary hassle for citizens. Kumar also noted that the Janata Darbar has strengthened communication between the public and the police administration, thereby increasing public trust in the administration. He appealed to the local residents to bring their problems to the Janata Darbar for swift resolution according to the rules.
