A child who had strayed from home was found wandering alone in Warisaliganj market in Nawada district on Wednesday. A concerned citizen, noticing the child alone, promptly brought him safely to the Warisaliganj Police Station and handed him over to the authorities.

Upon receiving information about the child at the station, Warisaliganj Station House Officer (SHO) Inspector Pankaj Kumar Saini acted swiftly. He instructed police personnel to search for the child's family. The police successfully identified the child and informed his relatives, especially his mother.

After being notified, the child's mother arrived at the police station. The police then safely handed over the child to her. The mother expressed immense relief and gratitude for the police's prompt action upon being reunited with her child. The humanitarian effort of the person who brought the child to the police station was also widely praised, as their quick thinking ensured the child's safety and timely reunion with his family.

The SHO has urged the public to be extra vigilant regarding the safety of young children. He advised parents not to let children go out alone and to always keep an eye on their activities to prevent such incidents.
