SIS Limited has initiated a large-scale direct recruitment drive in Nawada district to provide employment opportunities for unemployed youth. The first phase of recruitment is being held in various blocks of the Rajauli sub-division from September 11 to 18, after which recruitment camps will be set up in other blocks of the district. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Rajauli, has issued instructions to all Circle Officers and Station House Officers to ensure the smooth conduct of the drive and maintain law and order.

Opportunities are available for 10th pass or failed candidates for the Security Guard position, and for 12th pass candidates for the Security Supervisor role. For Security Guard, the age limit is 18 to 40 years and height should be between 150 to 170 cm. For Security Supervisor, the age limit is 21 to 40 years and height must be above 170 cm.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs 16,000 to Rs 32,000. In addition, benefits such as a 10% annual salary increment, two bonuses, promotion opportunities, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and medical insurance will also be provided.

Recruitment camps are being held from 10 AM to 3:30 PM. In the Rajauli sub-division, camps are scheduled for Akbarpur on Sept 11, Govindpur on Sept 12, Roh on Sept 14, Meskaur on Sept 15, Sirdala on Sept 16, Rajauli on Sept 17, and Narhat on Sept 18. Following this, from September 21 to 27, recruitment will take place in Hisua, Kashichak, Kawa Kol, Nardiganj, Pakribarawan, Warisaliganj, and Nawada blocks. Recruitment officer Dinesh Kumar has urged youth to attend the camps on the specified dates and times.
