भवानीपुर-कठौन विद्यालय में एनसीसी ट्रूप का उद्घाटन
NCC Troop Inaugurated at Bhawanipur-Kathaun School
बांका जिले के रजौन प्रखंड स्थित उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय भवानीपुर-कठौन में शनिवार को 4 बिहार बटालियन एनसीसी, भागलपुर के समादेशी पदाधिकारी लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल विकास मंडल ने एनसीसी के नए ट्रूप का विधिवत उद्घाटन किया। उन्होंने फीता काटकर इस ट्रूप की शुरुआत की, जिसका उद्देश्य छात्रों में अनुशासन और सर्वांगीण विकास को बढ़ावा देना है।
उद्घाटन के बाद, लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल मंडल ने एनसीसी ध्वज विद्यालय की प्रधानाध्यापिका और एनसीसी पदाधिकारी डॉ. कादंबिनी कुमारी को सौंपा, जिससे ट्रूप की कमान उन्हें मिल गई। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत में छात्र-छात्राओं ने अतिथियों का तिलक लगाकर और पुष्पगुच्छ भेंट कर स्वागत किया। शिक्षिका भावना कुमारी और खुशबू कुमारी के निर्देशन में छात्राओं ने स्वागत गीत और रंगारंग सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां दीं।
इस अवसर पर भवानीपुर-कठौन के मुखिया मनोज दास और सरपंच विष्णुदेव दास ने मुख्य अतिथि लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल विकास मंडल तथा सूबेदार मेजर शीतल सिंह को अंगवस्त्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया। समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल विकास मंडल ने कहा कि एनसीसी छात्रों के सर्वांगीण विकास में सहायक होगा। इससे उनमें अनुशासन की भावना मजबूत होगी और भविष्य में रोजगार के बेहतर अवसर मिलेंगे। उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि अगले वर्ष इस विद्यालय के एनसीसी कैडेट्स राष्ट्रीय स्तर के शिविरों में भी भाग लेंगे।
प्रधानाध्यापिका डॉ. कादंबिनी कुमारी ने अपने स्वागत भाषण में ग्रामीणों से बच्चों को नियमित रूप से विद्यालय भेजने की अपील की और उनके सर्वांगीण विकास के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई। इस आयोजन में 4 बिहार बटालियन एनसीसी भागलपुर के सूबेदार शीतल सिंह, हवलदार दलबारा सिंह, बीएन झा उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय कमलपुर के प्रधानाध्यापक अनिल प्रसाद यादव, मध्य विद्यालय करसानी के प्रधानाध्यापक विद्यानंद सिंह, चिलकावर-असौता पंचायत की मुखिया मोनिका कुमारी, पंसस महेश यादव, वार्ड सदस्य राजनंदनी देवी, संतोष दास, पवन दास, नागेश्वर भगत सहित विद्यालय के सभी शिक्षक-शिक्षिकाएं, छात्र-छात्राएं और बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीण उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम का सफल मंच संचालन मध्य विद्यालय करसानी के शिक्षक प्रीतिवर्धन ने किया, जबकि डॉ. विकास यादव ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन प्रस्तुत कर समारोह का समापन किया।
A new NCC (National Cadet Corps) troop was officially inaugurated on Saturday at the Bhawanipur-Kathaun Higher Secondary School in Rajaun block, Banka district. Lieutenant Colonel Vikas Mandal, the commanding officer of the 4 Bihar Battalion NCC, Bhagalpur, led the inauguration ceremony by cutting the ribbon, marking the beginning of the troop's activities. The initiative aims to foster discipline and holistic development among students.
Following the inauguration, Lt. Col. Mandal handed over the NCC flag to the school's principal and NCC officer, Dr. Kadambini Kumari, entrusting her with the command of the troop. The event commenced with students welcoming guests with traditional tilak and floral bouquets. Under the guidance of teachers Bhavana Kumari and Khushboo Kumari, female students presented a welcome song and various cultural performances.
Manoj Das, Mukhiya of Bhawanipur-Kathaun, and Sarpanch Vishnu Dev Das honored Lt. Col. Vikas Mandal and Subedar Major Sheetal Singh with traditional Angavastram. Addressing the gathering, Lt. Col. Mandal emphasized that NCC would contribute significantly to the overall development of students, strengthening their sense of discipline and opening up better employment opportunities in the future. He expressed hope that the school's NCC cadets would participate in national-level camps next year.
Principal Dr. Kadambini Kumari appealed to villagers in her welcome speech to send their children to school regularly, reiterating her commitment to their comprehensive development. The event saw the presence of Subedar Sheetal Singh, Havildar Dalbara Singh from 4 Bihar Battalion NCC Bhagalpur, principals of other local schools, panchayat representatives, and a large number of villagers, teachers, and students. The program was successfully compered by Preetivardhan, a teacher from Middle School Karsani, and concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Vikas Yadav.
